Fernando Alonso says his own stubbornness is helping keep alive his belief that he can be world champion this year, despite Ferrari's ongoing struggles. The Spaniard, who has finished on the podium only once this year after heading into the campaign as one of the title favourites, had another tough time on home ground last weekend as he came home a lapped fifth
