Hamilton: Stewards accepted apology
Lewis Hamilton is confident that the Monaco Grand Prix stewards accepted his explanation of his outburst against their decisions at the end of yesterday's race. In a BBC interview immediately after the event - in which he had been penalised for collisions with both Felipe Massa and Pastor Maldonado - Hamilton described the stewards' decisions as a "frickin' joke", and when asked if he had an explanation for why he had received the punishments, sarcastically replied: "Maybe it's because I'm black.
